If the Baytech loses power and then power is restored, the Gateway address stored in the device's configuration is no longer used, even though it is still displayed. This means that Cassatt Active Response cannot contact the device if it is on a separate network. This problem can be avoided by placing the Baytech external power controller on the same network as the Cassatt Active Response control node, but the recommended solution is to upgrade the firmware to version 2.11.02 or higher. |
